It is my opinion that she [Courtney] is a natural communicator and in her time with us, she has demonstrated many key organisational and planning skills that will no doubt see her career flourish as producer or within production management. She is bright, personable, enthusiastic and diligent and I have seen this on numerous occasions through both her academic and leadership roles.
